Today’s update is going to be short, because if I use less words, maybe the impact of the video below will be greater on you. Martin Lawrence rose up as a stand-up comedian and actor. He gets paid $10 million to make one movie. Ten. Million. Dollars. That is most likely more than you and I will make in our lifetimes combined. Lawrence’s newest film is “Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son”. It’s the THIRD movie in which he gets paid $10 million to play an FBI agent who dresses up in a fat suit and pretends to be a woman. The mere concept is lurid to me, but America liked it so much that they wanted seconds and thirds. Here, watch this trailer:
I would just like to remind you, as you remain a wage slave working every day just to pay the bills, Martin Lawrence is receiving $10 million checks to make movies like that. If that doesn’t make him worthy of being featured here, then I don’t know what will.
